Costs

We provide the highest quality legal advice, tailored for each client. We recognise the importance of providing value for money, and aim to do so by identifying the relevant issues and seeking to resolve matters efficiently and effectively.

Our fees are calculated on an hourly rate basis. The time spent on each matter will depend on its complexity.

Fixed Fee Consultations

We offer one off advice, on a fixed fee basis, during an initial interview. If you then wish to instruct us with respect to an ongoing matter you may do so.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, as well as cash payments.

Public Funding

We have a contract with the Legal Services Commission and are committed to providing the highest quality advice on a publicly funded (Legal Aid) basis.

We  advise you to check whether you are financially eligible, for Legal Aid using the eligibility calculator on the Legal Services Commissions' website. 

The Legal Services Commission also requires that we assess the merits of a case. In particular whether there is sufficient benefit to a client, having regard to the circumstances of the matter, including the personal circumstances of the client, to justify work or further work being carried out.
